The berries of sea buckthorn are among the most content-rich local fruits. That the sea buckthorn is called the "Lemon of the North" may be explained on the one hand on the distinctive tart taste of the berries, on the other hand on its exceptionally high content of vitamin C that exceeds that of citrus fruits many times over. The pulp of sea buckthorn berries contain a valuable oil that is among other things rich in carotenoids and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
By the careful production of our Sea buckthorn Juice, all valuable components of the whole fruit are ground. Thereby the fruit's vitamins, minerals, fiber and fruit acids obtained in an ideal way.
