The other ingredients are:
Refined Corn Oil, Phospholipids from Soya Beans, Gelatine, Glycerol, Purified Water, Ponceau 4R (E124).
Unless otherwise instructed by your doctor, the standard dose is: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day.
