The eight vitamins that make up the vitamin B complex are of particular importance for the human body. Among other things, the vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to a normal functioning of the nervous system, mental function and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 deficiency may cause tirednees, fatigue and irritability. The important B-vitamins which are combined in the vitamin-B-complex, can be found in the yeast, which is also contained in our capsules. Together with it they are made availabe for the body and can so be used by the organism in an optimal way.
Each capsule contains 1.6 mg vitamin B1, 2.0 mg vitamin B2, 1.9 mg vitamin B6, 1.0 µg vitamin B12, 20.0 mg niacin, 10.0 mg D-pantothen acid and 40.0 mg vitamin yeast.
Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, filler microcrystalline cellulose; gelatine, yeast powder (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), niacin, calcium D-pantothenate, release agents, magnesium stearate, vitamin B6 hydrochloride, vitamin B1 mononitrate, vitamin B2, vitamin B12.
